I understand nonprofit realities.

I know that nonprofit organizations don't have unlimited budgets, unlimited staff, or unlimited time. I’ve spent my career working within those same realities.

That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all consulting packages. I meet organizations where they are, identify what they actually need, and build an approach that makes sense for their people, their mission, and their budget.
